Referring to Sir Matthew Nathan's Despatch No. 49 of the 16th March last, I have the honour to state that Mr. L. A. R. Mackinnon, late Postal Agent at Amoy, has refunded the sum of $173.84 claimed by this Government.

2. I have to request therefore that the Foreign Office may be asked to take no further action in the matter.
